Last minute call to Madrid, 1 hour flight! Hola
Madrid!
Arriving at Terminal 4, Barajas Airport,
getting our bags and finding the underground/metro was easy. Everything is well
signed so just follow the directions.
Tip 1 – buy a metro card! The card itself
costs €2, extra from Barajas to city
centre €3, plus normal trip. The cards can be used for 1,2,3,4,5… persons what
you have to do is go through the gate, give the card to the next person and so
on! Each travel is around €1,5 depending where you go. We walked a lot as it
was easy.
